Today was such an exciting day. . .I received the first copy of my book Tour de Life. It almost brought tears to my eyes when I saw the picture section of me in my coma and my brain scans.  It stirred up plenty of emotion and brought back many memories.  It should be in stores sometime in September so stay tuned.  For more info go here www.tourdelife.us  I have some more exciting news. . .Dr. Blisky gave me the green light to go back to racing.  I mailed the papers for my UCI license today. This is a huge step in the right direction!!! I am going back to France in July to do some testing with my team. If I pass I get the official green light to go back to racing.  I want my first race back to be the USA Pro Championships in Greenville, South Carolina.  September will be a huge month, hopefully back to racing and the book will available.  Wish me luck, I am training hard to get back! Saul

My parents had a good time at the Sandy Springs Classic.  They said everyone was great!  I want to thank the guys at Team Cycleworks and Lowe's Mortgage for their support of the Raisin Hope Fund.  Check out the picture of my parents receiving the check.  $1,500.00, very nice and it will help a lot.

For the second year Sandy Springs Classic will be held in my honor.  My parents will be there on May 27th with the Raisin Hope Swag.  Proceeds from the race and swag will go to the Raisin Hope Fund, helping organizations like Shepherd Center, Camp Twin Lakes, The Brain Injury Association of Georgia, and more.  Please go race, watch the race, or just say hi to my parents.

I want to thank all the people with Team Cycleworks for this honor, making this race possible, and the continued support.Check it out at: www.northgeorgiacycling.com
