I am been busy giving motivational speeches

and training for Triathlons. Up next is the Triathlon

of Philadelphia June 28th. July 22-26th I'll be doing

 the Wounded Warrior Project Soldier Ride in New York.

Mark your calendars for August 8th and 15th for the

 Raisin Hope ride in Colorado and September 5th

for the Raisin Hope ride in Georgia.
