Going to the Tour de France Tomorrow!! PDF Print
Tuesday, 17 July 2007

My team testing went well and I am very happy.  My good friend Mike from Salt Lake flew in to visit me and we had an amazing ride up the Col de la Madone today.  Tomorrow, we will be heading to Marseille to watch the Tour de France.  I will also be doing an interview live on Versus, so make sure to watch for me during the Tour coverage It will be at 8:p.m. est time. So much fun.. only one big problem, the best part of me, my true love Aleeza is not here.. It will not be the same without her.. I love you Aleeza and I miss you very much!!!

I arrived in France safely and I am testing with my team today in Bordeaux. These next few weeks will be very busy, but I will try to keep you updated.  Before I left Salt Lake, Aleeza and I went to lunch with some friends at Costa Vida on Foothill Dr.  This is our favorite place to eat in Salt Lake and we really want to say thank you to them for always taking such good care of us.  If you are ever in the area, be sure to stop there for the best food around! www.costavida.net/

Wish me luck testing!Sealed

My life, Life is Good!! PDF Print
Wednesday, 04 July 2007

Where should I begin?  I have been super busy the last few weeks.  We have finalized all the wedding plans, my parents have been visiting from Georgia, and I am getting ready to go to France for testing next week.  I have been meeting some really nice people while riding in Salt Lake and I really like it here.  Today I went to an arts festival a block away from our apartment.  It was fun hanging out with Aleeza’s family and my parents(it is so nice having them here).  I have a very set training schedule and am hoping to race in the TT at the US Pro Cycling Championships. Wish me luck in team testing in France.  While I am in there, my good friend Mike and I are planning to go watch a few stages of the Tour.  Let me know what you think about my book. I have had a few people ask me specifically about my impulsivity and concentration.  I have improved quite a bit in these two areas.  Aleeza says she can see a huge change in me.  It is still hard and I have some minor issues, but I am so thankful and blessed for how far I have come.  Thank you again to all of you who have prayed for me.  HAVE A GOOD 4TH!
