I will be in Colorado Springs this week.  I am giving a motivational speech to the Air Force Academy April 18th.  I might get to go upin a high altitude glider.  It is going to be so much fun!!!

I am back from my first 70.3 half ironman triathlon in New Orleans.  I am very happy with my condition and now have more insight on areas that I can improve at.  The race was a dream come true and a personal victory for me. It marked my three year anniversary of my accident, I could not think of a better celebration of life.  I leave this next monday to Colorado Springs where I will be giving a motivational speech to the Air Force academy April 18th.  If you are interested having me come to your town to give a motivational speech e-mail me at
