Hi Saul,
Good to read about the advantageous development of you condition.
I crashed heavily in similar circumstances November 2005, suffering from severe head and brain damage.
Gradually, I regained my mental and physical power and - although I am 45 years old - I was able to win the Africycle Tour in South Africa, last October. I am convinced that you will be completely back soon.
Take care and success. We all appreciate very much your efforts in our cycling country Belgium.

I remember that I had read about your accident and the severe trauma it caused, but since then I must admit I didn\'t follow your evolution. So it was with extra pleasure that I read today\'s article in the newspaper. I hope you can forfil your dreams and be again fully part of the pack. I am as from now a fan!

I saw you riding over Dug Gap Mtn. the other day - that made my week.

I would like to come train/ride in the north GA area for about a week in the springtime, any place on the net you can suggest to go to check out good ride routes?  ...and a suggestion for a good base location in the area. (easy/safe access to the good quiet training roads that I hear are in the area. Your ride photos look like they are on excellent routes. Thanks!

I will first state your efforts in French are commendable. It appears that you have adopted France and they have adopted you. I share your love of this country from the shores of Brittany to the rolling hills of the Jura. You and Credit Agricol have a fan in Japan. I just read Thor is planning on racing the Tour of Calif. It will be great to see him race live and to watch all the riders of CA. The TT in Solvang will be a great place to watch him. Of course now I have the dilemma; do I continue to cheer for my favorite TT guy, Dave Z, or cheer for Thor?

Saul, I was wondering if you are going to be at the Tour of California? I'm marshalling at the Criterium in Long Beach and would like to talk to you again. It doesn't look like Credit Agricole are locked in yet. MAybe because you probably won't be riding. Also, I was wondering if you are getting the heart rate to max in your training and getting close to your old wattage? Will it be difficult to get medical clearance to compete in 2007 if you want to?
